Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. RadiumCRM is a pay as you go service with no long term lock-in. You can cancel, upgrade and downgrade your account at any time via the account page of your RadiumCRM account.

Will the price ever increase?

While we can’t promise our subscription price will remain the same forever, you will never pay more than the price of the plan you originally agreed to (i.e., you will be “grandfathered” in).

How can I cancel?

Our subscription are all month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time. No cancellation fee will be accessed and your account will not be charged again. Unfortunately no pro-rated amount will be refunded for partial months used.

Do you offer an Education or Non-Profit discount?

We love to help those in the education and non-profit sector. Contact us and let us know how we can help.

Do I need a Gmail account to use RadiumCRM?

No. Although RadiumCRM is designed to work best with a Gmail account it is not required.

When will I get billed?

Your first 14 days is free when you sign up. Your credit card will be billed once the 14 day trial period is over and monthly thereafter unless you cancel or downgrade your account to the Free plan. We email a receipt each time we bill your credit card.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes, it is and will always remain 100% free. We won’t even ask for a credit card. Give it a try and upgrade to premium when you’re ready — otherwise, enjoy it free as long as you like.

Are there any contracts

Nope, everything is month-to-month.

Is my data safe?

We built extensive security features into the foundation of RadiumCRM.  No CRM is 100% secure but RadiumCRM has some of the most modern security measures baked in to help safeguard your sensitive data.

How do I upgrade?

You first need a RadiumCRM account.  Once registered, navigate to settings > billing and upgrade and you will see the options available to help you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account, as well as the necessary payment options.

What payments do you accept?

We currently accept Visa and Paypal.  Feel free to contact us if you need other accommodations.

Is there any data limit on my account?

Nope, go crazy. You are free to save as many files, screen shots, and other data as you like.
